Hi guys,
We've got a 2948G-L3. We also have a gigabit backbone and our file servers are using gigabit NIC's. Here's the problem ...
Routing on the switch to each subnets router means that all the traffic is strangled on 100Mb interfaces. doh!
How do I configure the CAT to keep the traffic on the gigabit if the host is in one of the three subnets that the switch has connectivety for. That is I don't want to hit the router unless traffic is destined for another IP range out with the switches scope.
Subnets are 10.1.1.x
10.1.100.x
10.1.101.x
Any help is greatly appreciated
thanks,
Robert.
thanks in advance..
