2948G L3 single VLAN Configuration

I setup a Cisco 2948G L3 switch with a single VLan configuration, When I migrated my server to is my backup
speeds went from 130mb transfer rate down to 6mb transfer rate. I'm still lost when configuring this switch so any information would be helpful.

Set your sw port speeds to 100 Full Duplex and force the same settings on the server, if you look at your switch port, it's probably generating a lot of errors...

Any servers running on your switches should always have their nic's forced to max speed the switches support...
