You have recently built a sister website to Free-Tests.com called Free-Resources. You wish to enable anonymous browsing on the site without having to enter a username or password, but wish to tie down security using NTFS permissions. Which authentication option should you choose in conjunction with Anonymous Access?
- Digest Authentication.
- Integrated Windows Authentication.
- Advanced Digest Authentication.
- Basic Authentication.

As far as I know and studied, when "Anonymous user" is used for IIS website, you can not activate any Authentication. How is the above question possible ?

You can specfy anonymous access in IIS and then select Digest or Basic Authentication.

Since domain membership is not mentioned in the question I suspect it refers to Basic authentication which is for local computer users - i.e. the one user you can specify when you tick select anonymous.

I could be wrong though - its my best guess.
