2620 and VWIC-2MFT-T1

I just installed a VWIC-2MFT-T1 in my cisco 2620 router. Once the router came back up the router does not see the new WIC. Any ideas? TIA

BTW: Here is my router verison info:
Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) C2600 Software (C2600-I-M), Version 12.2(5d)

It appears that the VWIC2-2MFT-T1 card is not supported in a non-XM 2600 series router.

How can I find out if I have a XM router? Also if I dont have XM router will the VWIC-2MFT-t1 work on non xm 2620?

A "show version" will tell you. It will either tell you that it is a 2620 or a 2620XM.

I believe the VWIC-2MFT-T1 will work in the 2600-series non-XM routers. It's the VWIC2 that won't.
