2616 Telephone

We have one or two users with a 2616 telephone on our Option 11 system. When using the handset, how do you MUTE the call? If he presses handsfree/Mute key, it goes to handsfree mode. We need it to stay on handset, but mute. Is there a sep key that needs to be programmed? How do you do this?

The Nortel M3903 and M3904 phones have MUTE buttons that will mute the handset.
