We have one 2616 that seems to DSBL every night -- we can enlu the phone but it always seems to go out. It may be disabling during the day as well, but it disables every night like clockwork, I think.

What could be causing this? We've changed the TN several times.

I've had that happen and changing the set fixed it.

We swapped the phone; I suppose it could be TWO bad phones... At this point I'm willing to believe anything.

ANy chance users are unplugging the phone at night, and you have ld30 in your midnights?

IF YOU HAVE CHANGED PHONE TRY MOVING PHONE TO MDF TO PROVE TN GOOD

Try to change the DROL setting in LD 30 and wait 1 night to see what happens...

It's the phone. Change it out and you won't have that issue anymore. I would not mess with your daily routines.

i don't usually change the drol.. your problem may be the tn or even a layer one (wire/jack/jumper) problem.. i've seen two bad sets in a row but not usually with the same symptoms.. i have seen a bud connection on a jumper cause one to die.. the fact that is does it during the day, seems to say it's more then a user that locks the station in a draw every night...
