2616 question

Hey everyoe,
I need to program a 2616 phone with an observe key on buton 2 it wont let me because it saying that the phone is not an ACD set
what could this be

the system is telling you like it is

only and acd supervisor can observe agents. you need to make the set an an acd set before you can apply the observe key

You also have to add SPV in the CLS before it will allow you to put the OBV key on.
