I have a 2600 router that doesn't boot. This router is used in a lab environment only. Here is what I get when the router is booted up.

System Bootstrap, Version 11.3(2)XA4, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Copyright (c) 1999 by cisco Systems, Inc.
TAC:Home:SW:IOS:Specials for info
C2600 platform with 8192 Kbytes of main memory

program load complete, entry point: 0x80008000, size: 0x786e18

Error : memory requirements exceed available memory
Memory required : 0x013F7DF0

*** System received a Software forced crash ***
signal= 0x17, code= 0x4, context= 0x0
PC = 0xbaddaddd, Vector = 0xbaddaddd, SP = 0xbaddaddd

*** Machine Check Exception ***
PC = 0xfff14e30, Vector = 0x200, SP = 0x807ffe40

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like you don't have enough memory to load the IOS. Your system has 8MB but it says it requires 20.94 MB (013F7DF0) to boot. It appears as if the bootstrap is loading and then it is running out of memory. Try either changing out the memory or upgrading.

Here is a snapshot of one of my 2600s:
