Help!! I'm having a recurring problems with some 2600's. I'm upgradeing to 48D/16F and after I load image via rommon and reload, I get software forced crashes and image compression errors and cannot load router. I've tried multiple pieces of flash (from different approved manufacturers), different boot rom versions, different NVRAM, differnt DRAM, and different images from Cisco....to no avail. I think the problem may be limited to 2620 series, because I haven't seen the problem on 2610 series yet...but I can't be totally positive on that.... anyone see anything like this or have any ideas??

Ok.. a little more info. When I load image from ROMMON I'm getting a checksum comparison failure. I knew this was a problem with older bootroms, but I've got 11.3XA4 and 12.2.10R, should be cured in this version....if I shut off the checksum comparison, that's when I get the compression failure during boot.
