259A Adapter for IVR/DS1 connectivity

I was hoping to use the 259 Adapters to connect our IVR's with the MCC. The 259A is a 25 pair to rj45 adapter. The pins that are inserted on the 25Pair side are 1-4 & 26-29. According to the pinout specs for the CLAN, the appropriate pairs (2&3) are there for transmit and receive. Anyone else out there done this? Can someone confirm if a std. crossover will work, or if I need different pinouts? Thanks in advance

you need to use a voice cross over cable - 1,2 and 4,5 must be crossed. We have 5 ivrs and they are all done this way.
