25 pair cable between PBX and Logger? 1

Can anyone tell me the gender of the cable from the Main distribution Frame to the logger?

I assume you're talking about a digital logger. You might call Nice and request a Technical Note # 0254 NATI-CCA-to-Impedance-matching-adapter cable. It gives a great diagram. Here is a simplification from the logger to the impedance adapter less than 500 meters is male at both ends from the impedance adapter to the PBX length is limited to 6' with female end towards the adapter and open leads for punchdown on the pbx side
