Good Morning - I have been receiving conflicitng inforamtion on the 2420 sets. Can these sets be programmed for a CallCenter ACD enviroment. Allows - Agent Log-in, View Stats, etc? Is there any other hardware that is required with the phones? I have one BP tell me that you can use a 2420 for callcenter, then when one of our Admins went to training class the Trainer said you could not use a 2420 for ACD/CallCenter enviroment? Help!
