2400 Incoming wink start...

I have a 2400 with a T-1 that needs to be changed to wink start coming in.It was originally set to immediate start incoming.When I changed my settings in ARTD to allow wink start on incoming,I see the carrier seize the trunk but its like i'm not seeing the digits flash on my register card..any help would be appreciated

Try resetting the card. Some settings in ARTD require it.

Thanks for the reply belevedere..I know to reset the 24DTR card everytime I make a change in ARTD.The problem is that the incoming signaling has been Immediate start with 4 digits dial pulsed in and the outbound signaling has been wink start forever until the carrier changed the switch.Requiring the signaling being the same in both directions.My outbound works like a champ.When we swap the T-1 over to the new switch,but its like the 2400 does not like the DTMF signaling coming from the carrier's new switch.I guess to put it in a nutshell,does the 24DTR card support DTMF digits sent on inbound calls?My setting in ARTD is for DP/PB,is there another setting to tell it that theres 4 digit DTMF coming in?...thanks for the help..

I've replied to this elsewhere under another name. The simple fact is this is a 24 channel card and DTMF signalling is not applicable. You are mixing analogue technology terms (DTMF) with a digital circuit (24 DTR) its a bit like putting an Ipod on a turntable and wondering why you get no music out of the speakers. Saying that I personally have never programmed a 24 DTR card so I may be totally off the line here. I'm sure someone can confirm or deny.

Have you verified switch settings on the 24DTR as well?

I believe i got the settings in ARTD correct...When I see an incoming call hit the trunk on the 24DTR card,I never see the register card light up and send the digits.Are there other register trunks I need to program for the DTMF digits coming in?Currently I have 902,903,904,and 905's programmed on the register card.Thanks for the help...
