I am looking to purchase a new switch. I am looking for (24) 10/100 or 10/100/1000 ports, an a gigabit SX port with a SC connector. I am using the SC to connect to a J4113A module in a HP Procurve 4000 Switch.

Are there any current Cisco models that have this configuration?

Thanks in advance,
Cap'n Bri

The Cisco 3500XL and the newer 3550 series has the setup that you are looking for, however you will need to buy GBIC's to use the fiber connections. Hope this helps.

Or you can not worry about what connectors are on the switches in question and just buy the appropriately configured patch cords... Form factor of the GBIC's / Imbedded fiber ports doesn't matter, buy the best switch for your needs.
