2250 error message MN

Were getting a MN on all Console's
minor alarms

I am clearing the alarm in ld 32
but it keeps reappearing on all consoles..

this has been going on about a week.
I though the problem would go away after
the system monitor card were replaced.

system monitor card would usually be a major. i turn off min alarms to the console, a phone unplugged, dropped etc will cause a minor. anything you see on the screen except info will keep that light lit

i can look that up for you in my switch. check the att block or find the min. start with ld 60 lcnt, ld 48(?) stat xsm, ld 135 stat cpu, ld 137 stat, ld 117 inv generate, then 4 hours later inv prt sets.. also watch the screen, alarms print, usually once, keep procomm up and a cap file open. also ld 22 and ahst, read the history files. i never ignore an error, if it repeats, if its a speech path flagged wronge, that happens 2 or 3 times a week, i don't worry.. even an err80 x x x x 123 (user drops phone) can give a minor. i respect your desire to do it right. i try to find every err. i just don't want the att calling the switch room 30 times a week.. look at all the maint loads and right a script file that checks everything, if your switch is that clean, then your doing your job. my 81 has 40+ pri's voip mermail call p, 7000 users etc. a few minors get by.
