Can anyone give me some info on what is involved in replacing the M2250 console with a M2616/with add-on module. I understand the cabling issues but I'm not sure about the programming. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

not a lot.. out the 2250, print your att_data, maybe change the atdn to an unused number so you can use that dn on the 2250.. make sure your night and day idc tables match, your switch will be in nights.. so prt your nit_data to make sure your reflects your 24 hour call flow requirements.. look at any possible auto yes routes the atdn on the trunks may need to be modified..
not a lot, you can reuse the same tn if needed.. when you out the 2250 you get two tn's back, then prt pwr and out those, they can be reused also
