2050 Softphone Callers List

Hey we have a softphone on Release 3.00.0197. The callers key never shows any callers when you press the key. The Options/Telephone Options/Call Log Options is set to unanswered calls but we've tried various options including all calls. The list is always empty and isn't saving any of the calls in the callers list. Has anybody run across this and fixed it?

Do you have the Personal Directory , Redial List , Caller List implemented in Element Manager?

Do you have these functions on an IP hardphone?

I have run this build since Beta, and have never had an issue with the PD/RL/CL function.

I have been trying to get this to work also on my soft phones and hardphones (1140e's). What is an Element Manager and how can I tell if I have one set up?
