20164 - Starting background processing failed

Hi guys,<br><br>First off I'm pretty new to Crystal so I could be making a silly error but I'm desperate and have no idea what's going on. I'm using the ActiveX control on an ASP page, the reports I'm calling (version 7)use stored procedures off a SQL database. The error generated on the page says '20614-Starting background processing failed' and the message displayed on the ActiveX control says 'User session expired'. <br><br>That error could be attributable to the reports being out of sync with the stored procs but once the error comes up it comes up all over the place even on reports that were working and weren't touched.<br><br>2 Questions:<br>1. Has anyone seen the 20614 error and do you know what causes it.<br>2. Does anyone know why it is when you get that error it seems to effect other reports.<br><br>By the way we're using IIS as our web server loaded with front page extensions.<br><br>Any thoughts or suggestions would be most welcome.<br>Thanks in advance.<br>bish.
