2013 New Year's Resolution - Getting Back to Business Fundamentals
1. We are in business to deliver dependable solutions/products to our customers for which they are willing to pay us a fair wage - resulting in profit.
2. Increase profitability and customer satisfaction by reducing the number of Service Callbacks, accomplished by selling products that work.
3. Increase revenue by acquiring more referrals from satisfied customers.
Whoa !! Starting to sense a pattern here...there is NO incentive for our business to sell products that do not work.
