Is it possible to configure an option for callers in an ACD queue to opt out without waiting for the timeout to send them to voice mail? If so, how, and how would the caller initiate the opt out?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Talk to your VAR about "creative" ways to get an upgrade to a 3300.
The 3300 will absolutely do what you are looking for along with many other benefits!
