2008 Terminal Services - Having to login twice?

We have Wyse clients with a RDC icon set up on the desktop for users to remote into their terminal session. Now, the usual experience is users just had to enter their password into RDC client and they would be presented their their desktop. Today, once they are being asked to login twice. The second login is the Server 2008 login screen with blank credentials.

Need to add that there are 2 terminal servers that are load balanced. When logging on to the other RDS server just a single login is necessary.

Are you using a Session Broker (also known as Session Directory)?
