2008 display

I have just installed a 2008 display phone. The time and date show correctly, as does the call timer. But there is no caller info showing, even for in house calls. Does this phone require another set type in programming other than 2008? Or maybe a cls change?

In CLS you need to have add cnda dnda to have the display show caller info.
