2008 Display question

I have a 2008HF Display that will not display the extension of the person calling in. The unit will display date and time. Am I missing something in CLS? The extension of the phone in question will display on calls to other phones but not vice versa. Thanks for any help.

Thanks, but I tried that and got an error.

Error is SCH4525..Package for Digit Display not equipped, etc. I guess it can't be done.

You must be doing something wrong. Digit display has been a standard PKG for 20 years.

Show us exactly what your typing and post the TNB.
