2000 to XP Upgrade. Now permissions no good

There are 3 computers on my network that I upgraded to XP from 2000. Now when I try to install backup client software 11.1 it says "You must have administrator privleges" I tried local admin account and domain with no luck. This was a remote install try.

Anyone seen or heard of this before???

I will try local install later....But I'd still like to know why this happens.

No Guts No Glory. So I try and try again...
