2000 to 2003 query 1

Hello just a quick query if a develop a system in access 2000 (currently only got this version) which includes forms etc but the customer has access 2003 what problems are they likely to occur or is it just a case when they load it up that they need to just upgrade the database??

I don't foresee any problems. Challenges usually arises when doing it the other way around.
