Is it possible to set up Windows 2000 Server as a BDC in an exiting NT4 Domain without the 2000 Machine taking over?

If so can somebody tell me how?

Thanks in advance

No, I don't think so. I can only be a member server in a 4.0 domain. Joseph L. Poandl

No
Why?
To set up 2000 server as anytype of DC you need to start AD. Once Active Directory is installed the server becomes the PDC. No BDc in 2000. James Collins
