2000 server and 2003 server question?

I am planning to take a 2000 server member server off of an existing domain and promote it to dc controller. No sweat, i have done this. I am also purchasing a Dell 2650 blade server to add to the new domain and then dcpromo it to dc controller #2 and let it replicate, no sweat, i have done this before. My question is i am thinking of going with 2003 server on the new dell dc, is there any issues here that i need to worry about or should i just play it safe and stick to 2000 server. As always thanks for any suggestions.
