Its me again, We are moving our agent logins to a 5 digit range 77000. I have a templante of the login made already. I will be making 200 new logins. I don't want to make them one by one. I have never imported data into the ASA before.

Look!!! New Buttons
Same amount of time!

Thanks All Phoneman2

Try to use the import function in ASA. It's EXCEL-like, so that shouldn't be too hard. First make an export of a default agent and then import it in the 'add'-function in the import wizard. You'll then get an Excel-look-a-like function which allows you to copy all your agent-settings times 200. Save it first and then run it. Plz test it first making only one new agent in this way. Also check the column-names thoroughly before confirming. You don't wanna mess up an import! If you need step by step guidance, please let me know. Good luck!

Kind Regards,
