Just a note to other suggestions that I think it is an important fact that this is a migration project from Windows NT to Windows 2003 and it is a newer version of SQL Server as well. The site currently is working fine on the NT box

As of yet I have not checked the above suggestion but will do so in about an hour.

Problem Solved!! YAY!

I came into this project after the SQL database was copied to the development server and was under the impression that the database was in good shape.

The problem ended up being a permission issue on the stored procedure... I simply reimported the data.

AND ITS WORKING!!!! YAY!!

Thank you for those who put there brain towards this! It is always very much appreciated!
