20 Channels PRI

I know what a PRI is and how to set it up, but can you have a 20 channel PRI? I have a customer who believes they can drop off 4 channels for video and then have the rest of the T for voice. I have never run into a partial PRI. Is it possible? Thanks in advance for your help.

Absolutely it is possible. In general, it's called a fractional PRI, and you have (in your case), 19B channels for voice, and 1D channel for controlling the PRI. The other 4 channels can be used for anything. D channel has to be channel 24, so plan accordingly.

you can also get a 4bri card and feed that to an ISDN BRI based video box.
