2 receptionnists in 1 HuntGroup

Hi

A customer has 2 receptionnist in one HG (2221 and 2222 in HP 6000, collective ring). The Incoming line group destination is 6000. After 24 seconds, the HG's voicemail start the AutoAttendant. Works fine, but the issue is that when both receptionnist are on the phone, they can't ear or see a third incoming call. It goes directly to the AA. The have 6 appearances each, so they would be able to put the line 1 on hold to answer the line 2 etc.

Any help please!!!

set your hunt group to collective call waiting

You need to enable queuing on the group.
