OK. I have a PC with two network cards. One connects to the public segment of 132.5.50.x, the other connects to a privately addressed network. Of 10.x.x.x.

Interface one IP of 132.5.50.12, DNS 132.5.50.10 GW 132.5.50.254
Interface two's IP is 10.20.4.75, DNS 10.1.2.17 GW 10.20.4.1

With both interfaces enabled, I can ping all the 132.5.50.x and 10.20.4.x addresses, but not the 10.1.x.x addresses.

If I disable interface 1, I can then ping all the 10.1.x.x addresses.

So the question is, how do I make it so that I can access all the 10.1.x.x addresses with both interfaces active?

Don't define the Gateway for the Internal NIC. Instead enter a route in the routing table for that network. If you are using Windows machine, use this instead

route ADD 10.20.4.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 10.20.4.1 -p
destination^ ^mask ^gateway

I used the route command and entered route -p add 10.0.0.0 Mask 255.255.255.0 IF2

That seems to have solved the problem. Now I can ping all the 10.x.x.x machines.
