2 Mics systems with Pt to Pt PRI

I have a customer with 2 locations

Main switch has (1) PRI and (1) Pt to Pt

2nd location is only taking the pt to pt

main location can dial out just fine

2nd location can 4 digit dial but not able to dial outgoing calls from the point to point.

main location has 7.1 xc and 2nd location has 7.0

public dn length is set for 11 as well as the private on both sides what am I missing here

Check the main site and verify that the pt to pt trunks are in a remote access package with access to the PRI.
