2 messages within 15 seconds, 2nd doesnt email

If a second message is left within 15 seconds of the first, the second one will not alert, copy or forward the message to email. of course it is in the mailbox. 412 with 3.069 and Exchange 2003 using SMTP for email push from VMPro. this is the case for all users. have done reboots also. anyone see this?

You will probably need to test the same senario in a newer release, otherwise you might just get the answer to upgrade when reporting the issue to Avaya.
