Has anybody ever tried to use a compact flash card inside of a pcmcia adapter to save their translations? I would like to make additional backups, but hate paying that much for a lousy 2mb flash card when I have a ton of 4MB, 8MB, and 16MB Compact flash cards laying around. Just curious.

so you have the old definity flash cards. they are not the same voltage as a compact flash or standard PCMCIA. i do not believe they will work. the older flash cards you have to get from Avaya because they have to be 'programed' by Avaya to put the 'Generics' on them.
