Hey guys,
I am having some unique issues. We have 3 Server farm using MF1.0 FR3 on Win2k3. The servers are identical.
1. A user called me the other day and to tell me they are having problem logging off. So I went to his work station to see what was happening. I have found that he had a session open with in a session. He had about 10 sessions open within a session (not sharing sessions). I basically closed his session out of the Server then he was fine. I don't know why it is happening. He did not get any messages and there are no event logs either.
2. Today another user was trying to open up Outlook and would not open. So I went to his station clicked on Outlook and I looked at the program connection icon by the clock. It was trying to open the app but did not know what Server to go to. On the screen all we saw was a separate window opens up and nothing happens. The odd part is if we open any other application first then open up outlook 2003 then everything will work.
Please let me know what is causing this issue.
Thanks
