We have a user here that needs to access e-mail at our location and a remote one. Up to now I have set him up with an Outlook client to access our Exchange server here, and he has been using O.W.A to access his e-mail on the remote Exchange server.

He no longer wants to use O.W.A and wants both mailboxes accessible from his outlook client. I know I can get this to work using Profiles, but does anyone know of a way to get both mailboxes in one instance of the outlook client?

Thanks for any idea's....

Can the second exchange server be access from the network that the first one is on or is it outside the firewall?

We have a VPN connection to the second Exchange server, so it is accessible from out network.

In Outlook if I attempt to add a second service of Microsoft Exchange..it tells me the service has already been added.

The hurdle here as I see it is permissions on the mailbox. If the second mailbox has permissions granted to the users ID that he uses to authenticate to the domain that gives then access to the first mailbox then you should be able to just add the second mailbox as an additional mailbox in the Exchange Server properties. If not then the only alternatives I see as a possibility is to add the second mailbox as an Internet Mail mailbox or use separate profiles.
