2 domains,1 exchange 2000 in a single forest

Hi Guys,
Let me explain what setup i have. i have two different domains(tns.com and etp.com)existing in a single forest.tns.com is on windows 2000 DC and etp.com is on Windows 2003 DC.i have also got an exchange 2000 server installed on windows 2000+SP4, which is a member server in a TNS.com domain.My question is how a user in etp.com can have e-mail features and can have username@etp.com e-mail address without creating an account with the same username in TNS.com domain? the user in ETP.COM should be able to use existing exchange 2000 member server in a TNS.COM domain.I appreciate your kind reply.
