2 differents css (dreamweaver) in a same page

i want to create 2 differents css styles in a same page and it doesn't work.
For example : one link (on over in bold and red) and the other link (on over underline and red).

you could have them in the same css and give them diferent ref names.

I tend to keep away from using the html tags as ref names as this can cause problems for later changes to a site.
