2 dialup numbers

I have a client who has sbs 2000, and they want to use 2 dial ups (one for internet and the other for email) they have 2 isdn ta`s how would i get win2k to dial the internet number, which is a prepay and exchange 2000 to use only the number that they have for the email, which is a pay as you go number.

Any ideas
