I have a attd using softconsole. She wants a backup to be able to answer the calls she cant get to. We cant get both to work together.
The hunt group is set up differently than what i'm used to. They have coverage set up on the hunt so it never queues. Do they need to be able to queue so we can get the 2nd attd working?
The system does have attd queue but its not set up. I've done so much research on this I cant seem to find what is wrong, other than they are not in a hunt group and the call just forwards to the coverage path.
