2 analog 56k modem backup via linux box

Hi guys,
i have one Leased Line connection but nowadays i have problem with Telco. my connection is broken sometimes and my customers are complaining. So can i make linux box(2x56k modems) for a backup connection.And how could i configure my Cisco 4000 router to make it route the traffice over my linux box when the connection is broken.
