2.0.4B Startalk lines unavailable? 2

Hello,
I'm a rookie, and have installed a 2.0.4B and when bought used, was told it had 4 ports. But only 1 works. Is there somewhere I can purchase a manual to troubleshoot this? Is it poss. that only 1 port is usable, or is there a problem with the other 3 ports.
Has 2 RJ11 jacks in the card on the panel, and hooked up 4 ports to 4 diff. DNs on punch down, but only 1 will actually access the VM????

no. if you have the wiring correct then you should get 2 channels for every 1 port. You only need one pilot DN to access the voicemail for the other dns.

if it is 4 channel you only have to punch dowh 2 dn's
each one has an A and B port

the first port is where you forward your mail and it automatically hunts to the other ports as required.

in maintenance does the norstar see the ports A and B for each of the dn's wired?
