1X MOBILE VOIP REGISTRATION FAILURE

Hi all.

I have onex mobile setup for IPO and the triangle is yellow and I get the following error:-

Voip Registration failed

The application is operational with the exception of the VoIP feature
which is experiencing problems registering itself with the server.
(Error 2:502)

I have power user license
The following are enabled under User, OneX portal Services, remote worker, mobile voip client
Mobility tab has enabled, mobility features, onex mobile client, mobile call control

What does this error mean and how is it resolved?

Did you add a SIP extension?

In IP Office managaer > System > Lanx > Voip. Sip registrar enabled? Remote SIP extn enabled?

Yes it is as you have mentioned.
IP Office managaer > System > Lan1 > Voip. Sip registrar enabled, Remote SIP extn enabled.

The extension that the User is attached to is a Sip Extension.
