180search assistant problem- HELP!

On my computer I have this nasty adware called 180search assistant. Every time when I start the computer a popup window appears and ask me if I want to install again the 180search assistant because it was uninstalled without my permision
On the window I have 3 choices: 1. to install 2. to be asked later 3. to leave the things like they are now
Allways I close the window pressing the X button from the top right side of the window and I do not choose anything

So, how I can escape from this 180search assistant?
