To be honest and don't get angry on me, the ticketing system sucks and the help isnt really helpfull, you come up with things I already tried, you should know that.
That knowledgebase is just a list of tech bulletins and links to the docs, I don't need that.
So for starters it may be helpfull but I cannot get any new knowledge from it.
Like the prob;em with the 1403 phones, do you really think I did not put in the latest software? I do this a lot longer as you and have had more serious problems in the past ( rel 3.0 was a big bug festival )
