1616 default password

I working on a new installation. Its a CM 5.2 with 1616 phones. The customers phones have not arrived as yet however avaya has provided me with a couple of loaners. Ive tried the default admin passwords I know with no luck.

Can anyone confirm the correct admin password. Looks like the phones were previously used. If the password has been changed its there any way to reset the phone to the default values.

Mute reset# did not do anything. According to the guide this does not change the auth password anyway.

When the phone boots up it displays "NO PEERS" and has a extension probally from the previous config.

The brain is a wonderful organ; it starts working the moment you get up in the morning, and does not stop until you get to the office.

Everyone can set the password through the 46xxsettings file. Are the phones working? Maybe you can try to load a new 46xxsettings.txt file into the phone to get the password by setting it in the file.
Otherwise contact Avaya to ask for the correct password, because default is craft and this could be anything.
