1608i no-ring and no sound?

Hi all, hi have a problem whit 1608i ip phone.(first time i install those one)
When i make an outgoing call,ex:my cell phone, i dont hear my cell phone ringing on the speaker of 1608i. When i try it with analogue and ds phone everything work fine. And when i answer the call on my cell phone,i'm not able to talk because there is no sound coming out on both way.
Its an IPO 500V2 release 7.0.5
Its calling out with an H323 trunk from an other IPO.
I upgrade the phone and still have the problem...
Any hints??
