Hi,
If I am using 1608 together with PoE switch and power adapter, which one becomes the main power supply? Cause now I have insufficient PoE supply and my 1608 LED is pale. If I put power adapter, does it automatically reject PoE?

Depends on the switch brand/type u use.
For cisco for example: put <Switch(config-if)# power inline never> on the port that is connected to a powerbrick.
For Avaya/Nortel it's <poe shutdown slot xx >
The large vendor's switches will probably handle this well,as they have a detection circuit.
But better safe then sorry, just shut the power on the port if you don't need it.
Cisco's for example will nag you to death with log messages on the console.
Sometimes it helps if you force the port to a lower power profile.
The most switches will budget for 15.4 watts per port by default. 1608's are only class 2, so if you can force the port to class2 you may free up power budget.
Alternatively you may use LLDP to arrange this all for you.
