I have just set up an IP Office 9.0.0.1 845 and was just plugging in the 1608 handsets
and were coming up fine , with me using dhcp.
Problem is I was away to wipe a phone back to default but the usual enter * just gives
me enter PROCPSWD: If I enter CRAFT at this point I can then set up the phones ip address
etc. When I go right through each setting via the # and then get the enter command . At
the enter command stage - mute CRAFT # does nothing as does the old mute CLEAR #
Any advice on what I need to do to have it the way it normally comes up would be appreciated.
Or if I left it as it is , how could I access the clear and other commands from the enter
command stage . Has anyone else had the same situation ..
